Our patient-data ethics and safety commitments

Your health data is some of the most personal information that exists. We treat it that way. These are the commitments that govern everything we collect, store, and analyze.

What we collect — and why

We collect only what makes the product work: the biosignals from your MCT-1, the symptoms and triggers you choose to log, and the settings you set. Each data point exists to give you better insight into your own body. If a piece of data doesn't serve that goal, we don't ask for it.

How we protect it

What we will never do

We will never sell your data. We will never share it with advertisers or data brokers. We will never use it against you or hand it to third parties for their own gain. This isn't a setting you have to find and switch off — it's the default, and it's non-negotiable.

A non-profit answers to patients, not to a market for personal data.

Your control

It's your data. You can export it, share a report with a clinician on your terms, or delete your account and the records tied to it. Consent is specific and revocable — you decide what happens next, always.
