We developed an intervention framework where biosensing data triggers contextual recommendations. When a patient's biomarkers begin to elevate, the system delivers timely interventions—breathing exercises, activity prompts, dietary suggestions—tailored to their specific triggers.
Patients receiving biosensing-driven interventions showed 34% reduction in symptom flares compared to control group. Engagement with interventions was highest when recommendations were immediate and individually relevant, rather than generic.
