Participants wore the device while undergoing paired reference measurements across rest, activity, sleep, and observed flare episodes.
Continuous readings correlated strongly with reference measures across conditions, with the largest gains during transient events that episodic testing tends to miss.
Demonstrated agreement with reference measures supports using continuous biosignals as a complement to, not a replacement for, clinical assessment.
Validation against trusted measures is foundational. These results support continued clinical evaluation of continuous MCAS monitoring.
