These Terms of Service govern your use of the MastCell Tracker app, the MCT - 1 wearable biosensor, and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Not medical advice
MastCell Tracker is a wellness and health-tracking tool. It is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider, and never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract to create an account.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not misuse other people's information.
Purchases, pre-orders & coverage
Purchases and pre-orders of the MCT - 1 are subject to availability and applicable terms shown at checkout. Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and HSA/FSA eligibility are described on our Coverage page and are subject to payer approval and your plan's rules.
Intellectual property
The service, including its content, software, and branding, is owned by MastCell Tracker or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MastCell Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
